ProductWhat GENV does

Hosting business software: customers, orders, invoices, services and support in one workspace, built around the hosting panels and registrars you already use.

Public beta: customers, orders, invoices, services and support work today. Live provisioning on your own panel and online payments are not available yet.

Customers available

Every customer on one page: their services, invoices, domains and conversations.

A customer record carries the billing details an invoice needs and everything that customer holds with you. Archive rather than delete, so history stays readable.

Customers can have access to a branded portal where they read their own invoices and services.

The Customers overview: active customers, incomplete billing details and what needs attention.

Sales and billing available

Products, orders, invoices, payments and subscriptions that point at each other.

Place an order against a product and term, and it opens the service it describes. Invoices are issued from drafts and never edited afterwards; payments and credits are their own records, so a part payment or an overpayment is shown as what it is.

Online payments are not available in the beta: record the payments you receive elsewhere, and GENV keeps the balance straight.

Services and domains available

What each customer holds, what is holding it, and when it renews.

A service shows exactly what restricts it — a payment hold, an abuse hold or an administrative hold, each lifted separately — and domains carry their registrar and expiry date.

Creating accounts on your own panel is not available in the beta. Every step can be rehearsed on GENV's practice panel, and when a panel does not answer clearly GENV stops and asks instead of trying again.

Support available

One owner per conversation, linked to the customer and the service it is about.

A queue and a board with one named owner per thread. A resolved thread reopens when the customer replies, and keeps its history.

The Support overview: open, reopened and waiting conversations, and one waiting for an owner.

Setup and settings available

A guided setup, your brand, your team and what each role may do.

The overview walks through getting ready to sell and says plainly which steps are done, which are yours to do and which are not available yet.

Five roles keep the people who take money apart from the people who run servers, and provider credentials are held outside the application database where nobody can read them back.

The GENV Overview for an example workspace: a greeting, monthly recurring revenue, new orders this month, a revenue chart, a globe of where customers are, pending orders and support tickets.

Migration available

Bring customers and history from WHMCS or Blesta after a preflight that changes nothing.

A preflight checks your export and writes nothing. Customers, services, domains, financial history and support threads then come across in stages you can reconcile, with old invoices kept as history rather than recalculated.
