More about customers
For people who sell hosting
Billing, hosting, domains and support — in one place.
Hosting business software
Customers, billing, hosting, domains and support in one workspace — built around the panels and registrars you already use.
The workspace
The daily work — customers, orders, hosting and domains, billing and support — with products, integrations and your team kept apart from it, and an overview of what needs you today.
See every featureEvery customer on one page, with their orders, services, invoices, payments and conversations.
More about customers
Products, orders, invoices and payments that always agree with each other.
More about billingWhat each customer holds, what is holding it and when it renews. Each hold is lifted on its own.
More about servicesA queue and a board with one named owner per conversation, linked to the service it is about.
More about support
Products, integrations with their connections and imports, reports, your team and settings — apart from the daily work.

Product overview
Billing, services and support each open on an overview of what needs you, with the next step one click away.
Orders, invoices and payments point at each other, so what was billed and what was paid always agree.
A service shows exactly what is holding it — a payment, abuse or admin hold — and each is lifted on its own.
When a panel does not answer clearly, GENV stops and asks instead of creating a second account.
How it works
Three steps, and the application says plainly which are done, which are yours and which are not available yet.
Currency, timezone, the details an invoice carries, and your brand on the customer portal.
AvailableAdd them by hand, or import from WHMCS or Blesta after a preflight that changes nothing.
AvailableSave and check a connection, then say which package delivers each plan you sell.

Integrations
Six hosting panels and nine registrars. Enhance and Namecheap reads are verified; no connector changes anything on your servers yet.
Explore integrationsShort answers about what GENV does today.
Read what works today and what is not available yet, before you create an account.
What works todayNot yet. You can save a connection to your panel and check it, and every step of provisioning can be rehearsed on GENV's practice panel. The cPanel account lifecycle has passed on a lab server, but GENV does not send those actions to your server in the beta.
Not yet. You can issue invoices and record the payments you receive elsewhere, and GENV keeps each balance straight. Online card payments are not available in the beta.
There are no published prices. Nothing is sold during the beta.
Connectors exist for cPanel & WHM, Plesk, CyberPanel, Enhance, Control-WebPanel, Webuzo and SPanel, and for nine registrars. Enhance's reads and Namecheap's sandbox reads are verified; none of them changes anything on a real installation yet.
Yes. A preflight checks your export and changes nothing. Customers, services, domains, financial history and support threads then come across in stages you can check.
